Attending a 45 minute awareness raising session entitled "Dementia Friends" will give you a basic knowledge of what people living with dementia can experience. This new found knowledge will increase understanding and help us all to help people living with dementia and their carers feel included in their local community. You can attend aone of these open sessions at Deepings Meeting Room, The Forum Library, Elmer Square, Southend SS1 1NE, on Monday 18th May at 4pm; 5.15pm; 6.30pm or on Monday 22nd June at Alzheiners Society Southend Office, Suite 1 Royce House, 630-634 London Road, Westcliff SS0 9HW at 5pm.
